Albany Assessment

Wrote a couple of little programs to see if I have any basis for challenging our recent assessment. One program lists properties in a particular class and style that have greater SFLA than x and smaller Assessment than y. The other lists properties in a particular class and style that have a smaller Assessment / SFLA than z. The properties are in the city of Albany. I’m told that for the purposes of challenging our assesment the comparable properties must be within five blocks of ours.
